One of my favorite Marriotts I've ever stayed in. Very nice rooms (love the light switches by the bed), nice executive lounge with yummy appetizers every night, and RIGHT next to the JR station.
Great service, RIGHT next to the JR station, restaurant was delicious, good buffet , lovely rooms, solid gym . Had an excellent stay here. Would definitely recommend.
Very conveniently located right next to the Shin Osaka train station . Staff are very nice, but the concierge seemed a bit new and inexperienced. Rooms are decent and well equipped.
Very convenient location especially if you are planning to travel around. It’s right at the Shinkansen stop of Ōsaka and you can get a train to Kyoto taking only 14 minutes! Breakfast is also great.

Located right next to the Shin Osaka station , the furniture is brand new and the employees are very friendly .
The location is super convenient! Just exit through the west gate of Shin-Osaka Station and make a right to the entrance of the hotel . There's a nearby Mcdonald's too which is really convenient
Can't beat the location next to Shin-Osaka Station, but the best thing about this place is the massage chair I the room. Vaguely smelled tobacco smoke through the central air-yuck!

There are much better options to stay at in Osaka. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you had a choice.
Convenient (right by Shin Osaka station ) and reasonable but they charge for wifi and ice! In terms of location, if you are a tourist , finding a place to stay near Osaka station may be better.
