Grenen is a scenic lookout Skagen located in Denmark.
Skagen 9990 Skagen Denmark
Fun place, but crowded when we were there an afternoon in July. This is a must see place in Skagen and a nice 30 minute walk from the parking lot . And we saw seals!
Don't be a damn tourist and drive to this beautiful spot. You should walk instead. Keep in mind: the early bird caches the worm. So get there early and you will be there alone. Just you and the sea.
Amazing to see the two seas collide. Prepare to the sea of sand as well and that the sand gets blown by the constant strong winds.
This is where the Baltic Sea meets Nordic Sea. Amazingly beautiful and impressive. Be careful with tides, while taking pictures in the sea.
You won't constantly trip over seals here, but I liked the photo. Great place to take a walk, nice to do the whole "one foot in each ocean" thing, but DON'T swim here! Dangerous currents.
The North Sea and the Baltic Sea meets and create a dance of waves. Amazing to be occupied with starring at waves colliding mid sea.
Rent a bike and enjoy the ride from city center to the seas, then you can stop in the lighthouse ! Good parking places in the zone.
Wear jackets if you're visiting in the winter and make sure your jackets are wind and water proof! Very windy and prone to rain.
One of the bunkers is drowned in the sea. Others stands on the beach . Lot of Jellyfishes on the sea shore.
A must see. The view of the fine sandy beach is incredibly beautiful.
A beautiful walk and a beautiful view (even in winter)!
It's about a 20min walk from the parking to the scenic point, where the two seas meet. Interesting to see, but that's it.
The beach where North and Baltic Sea meet. You see the waves of each sea that come from their opposite directions
The from sky above! Remember The Skagen painters 100 years back.
Walk out here, don't pay for the tractor ride! Enjoy the views and the water. Remember you are on the top of Denmark .
Top of Denmark ✌????
Helt fantastisk plats!
Many people on a sunny day
The lights, the oceans and the nature!
Very busy in summer, a curiosity
The Sandormen costs only 25kr. Spend your time at the tip instead of walking out and back.
Could be really croudy.
It is actually where the North Sea and East Sea meet...
Stand in the North and Baltic Sea at the same time!
Amazing place
Where North Sea and Baltic Sea meet
The reason to visit Skagen.
Sandormen (traktoren til Grenen) koster 25,- for voksne. 15,- for børn
