Here's an actual tip: ask them for a list of ALL the things you need. Every single thing that they need for your car to get out.

They conveniently tow your car somewhere you can't access by public transportation and although they are run by the City of Chicago they can't check your registration with the city Police Department.

Play nice with the employees... they're not the one's who parked illegally.. they can make your day even worse.
