I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Be polite and they respond in kind. Also helps getting extra reduced stuff close to closing;-)
Bad service, always a queue and never have the right items in the range - always OOS with essential items! Would love the day they get dishwasher cleaner in the range!
Be careful to shop with plenty of time to spare; the staff have a tendency to shut earlier than the advertised 10PM.
