Easily the best fitness club in Manhattan. East side is less crowded in the mornings than west. Both get pretty packed after 5pm. Good shakes. Nice staff .
Started off at MF west but was always too crowded & have to wait to use machines. East is a bit smaller but never that crowded . Love it!
Quiet on a Sunday morning. Always a good gym with super friendly staff !
