Lots of restaurants here. Short walk from pier 33 if you r doing Alcatraz tour . There r souvenir shops too and a merry-go-round right at the back. Most of the shops closes at 9.30pm.

Lots of shopping and foodie fun within this Embarcadero institution. Checkout the sea lions . Some of the biggest strawberries I've ever seen in the outdoor market . Chocolate Heaven is worth a look.

The Alcatraz tour costs 35 for the daytime and 42 in the night. And it's always pleasant to stare at the sea lions for hours!

I could never get tired of this place. I always start at the Embarcadero and walk through the piers , great exercise and nice scenery. Many dining places to choose from as well as sight see.

Take is the gorgeous panoramic view of the bay . The Bay Bridge , East Bay , Alcatraz , Angel Island , and the Golden Gate Bridge can all be seen from here. And of course, watch the sea lions !

Check in and visit the California Welcome Center on the 2nd floor. Super nice and helpful, not to mention they'll validate your parking for the Pier garage !
Big bus states last bus from here is 7.04pm... is a big lie! Last bus from union square is 5pm so no guarantee u will see a bus at 7pm here...
Yeah, its a tourist trap, but its my kind of trap! Still love the pier , nice shops, lots of chocolate . 3D Rides are always fun, and its fairly safe even at night.
This place is a circus ! ???? Walk around along the outside of the pier for a less noisy and crowded experience. The sea lions are worth a visit.
