Very big, and confusing. Bowling/megastar/kid zone on 3rd floor. Find escalator by KFC and keep going up. Floor above BigC. Parking very poorly organized in basement .
Paying at the counters on 3rd floor
Nice place, but some staffs are not friendly . BigC supermarket'counters are on the 3rd floor.

Parking ở basement rất lộn xộn, lối đi bộ chung với đường oto. Phí đậu oto k rẻ, 20K/2 giờ, sau đó cứ 20K/2 giờ nữa. Nếu xác định đi hơn 3 tiếng thì đậu ở ngoài, 30K/lần khoẻ hơn.
Food court trên lầu rất ngột ngạt do trần thấp, mùi thức ăn ngột ngạt. Thức ăn k có gì đặc sắc, chẳng trách vắng hoe.
Quầy thức ăn nhanh ở tầng 2 gần siêu thị BigC bán đồ ăn ngon và rẻ, nhưng tránh đi giờ ăn trưa của nhân viên vì ko có đủ bàn
Pho 99, lau 4, phuc vu rat lau, nhan vien hach dich, khong thoi tien dư cho khach, very bad !!!

Nice place :> but the parking lot is so crowded and you have to park your vehicles behind there, in private parking. Anyway, the food court's nice with much stores - Khanh Khanh
