It's only for Jet Privilege Gold/Platinum or Business class passengers. No other way to access it, so usually empty. Food options unimpressive, Carnation lounge is better.

Nice place to chill and kill time on the airport

Not nice, but at least we can take some soft-drink and snack by Priority pass which is only here in Mumbai domestic airport .
