The Mayan Inn is under new management and great things are in store. Great Rooms, Great Rates and Great Location.

make sure you go next door to the ocean deck that place is amazing! and try the monte cristo sandwich

Great location. Rooms were filthy (our group had 6 rooms; ALL were gross). Ladies room off of lobby also dirty & was not cleaned or restocked after I complained & reported that soap was empty.

Be sure to check out Barb by the pool with her Green Iguana drink specials .

Will never stay here again. Woke up, turned on light, 2 roaches ran across the floor. Bath/shower is archaic & smells. Worst elevator . Breakfast is 'carb city '. Only plus-close to everything in DB.

If your looking for a nice view than this place is ok. If ur looking for class move on.

Don't stay here, it's awful, bugs on the counter when I turned on the light, no clue what they were. Holes in the walls and the door going to the balcony , not kept up at all, gross!!

Don't stay here, dirty wet swim trunks in bath tub, roaches on floor, dirty dishes in cabinet back door off room left open.. Room does don't close. Rude staff .. Stay away!
