Tasted many different pork noodles and this is by far my favourite. It's expensive by Kuching standards and you have to wait for ages. LoL But its worth it. Try it least once
Omfg!! i cant explain how the vinegar taste in the first few bites changes to something totally different. Awesome!!!! You have to try this at least once!!! But be prepared to be very patient lol
The long waiting is not due to the huge crowd or overloaded order... But it's due to the inefficiency of the cook and service. The noodle is good. The soup is moderate.
Or maybe have some sense to quickly leave after you've done eating since there will always be people queuing & waiting to be seated.
Very delicious, but a term of condition is "Must be patience to waiting", at least one hour to wait. Cheers????
I'd say the comments did no justice for this place. Absolutely the best kolomee I've tasted. Just love the tinge of vinegar in the springy noodles . I really did not mind the 30 mins wait.
Basically if you're local you'll know that they're famous for mix pork soup . Eat it either with noodles or rice , but I think 90% will order the noodles . Only turnoff is waiting time but worth it.
Eat here only when you have the patience to wait (up to ~1hr or longer). Sharing table is also encouraged. Come on, be nice! ☺️
Please don't chit-chat after done eating. Don't be selfish, others are lining up to eat as well . Cheers.
Mix pork soup is legend here. But must be willing to wait to be served ????
yes they have the best noodles here. it's that good. but if you are in a hurry and if you're very hungry, you won't have the patience to wait that long.
Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for a sumptious bowl of noodles ; sharing tables is common here. Purportedly the best noodles in Kuching.
Great taste and sit outside for a windy environment.
Queue and wait for more than half an hour. Hot lke hell. Bt somehow worth it.. ????
TAKE NOTE: closed on the 2nd of every month.
People seating in a manner that enables them not to share the table meant for four/five are just plain SELFISH.
Previously known as Bishopgate or Sin Min Joo. It still serves the best mee kolok and mix pork soup in town .
The shop close on every 2nd day for every month!
Today I had mine served in less than 5 minutes. Don't come during peak hours. 2-3 pm is just ideal.
The pork innards soup was just so-so. A bit bland in my opinion. The dried noodles were fairly good tho. Texture was chewy and I liked the slight vinegar flavour.
Be prepared to wait at least 30mins to an hour, but their Teochew Kolo Mee is worth the wait
If you don't want to share, you can jusy stare. Having a whole table to yourself is extremely exclusive here.
This is not a kolo mee place. It's serving noodle with pork internals, cooked with much efforts and care so the internals are tender and tasty. The noodle is with vinegar so won't feel too savory
Mix soup is awesome.
People wanting to smoke inside should go out and do it. Inconsiderate...so sad living in this kinda community
Estimated waiting time , 30-45 minutes, minimum.
Expect to wait a really long time but it's worth the wait
Too long a wait here. It used to be just half an hour to 45 mins. But now up to 1 and a half hours
Overall the food was good. The Mee taste good but the mix pig soup in Semenanjung Malaysia taste better.
If you take the square table, please don't keep the empty seats to yourself. Share.
Beware of long waits . Do not estimate its small bowl, it has lots of noodles for a small.
Worth to wait..ice lemon tea was maintain...
The waiting time is sooooooo long. However, the noodles and soup are nice...
Heavenly noodle . Some satisafction for ur taste buds
Patient ia everything when it comes to good food.
Next time you should bring your own table :D
Long wait but worth it
Very lan c, reason of slow service. But food is not bad.
So sad because of waiting time take too long!2 consinder as "2hours mee kolo"....is it worth it? I dont think so...
Worth waiting!
Must try!!
Worth the wait
Waiting time 1 hour
Dun chitchat too long after finishin ur food... Not good.
Noodles and soup are great but waiting time is too long. Dont think it's worth waiting so long ... Once is enough...
The food is ok. But BAD services. sit for almost 20 minutes and no one come to ask for order, and theres not much customer at that time. The girl jus stand there pretend that she didn’t saw us.
Wait long long noodle ... craving fixed. #onehour
Mee maybe? But the service is terrible. I’ve sit here for 20 minutes she saw me but ignored. Only approach me after I decided to leave. Even the mee takes half an hour to arrive
Rubbish fuck trash place to eat. Food wasn't really as nice as the rumours say, the worst thing was the workers' attitude. Like dog !????
Service poor. Noodles not great. Go elsewhere. Overrated. Pricey .
Kolo mee, the best I ever had, definitely return if I visit Kuching again :) - Icey lee
Usually crowded w ppl. The apple seller store at the ground floor is not customer friendly. Diff from switch, spring - Atiqa
Must try the Rojak, Char Kueh (fried radish cakes) and glutinous rice cakes! The coconut and sugarcane drink is also good. - Shyan Tan
