I just ordered cheeseburger for take out and I ask for ketchup . The cashier said it already has ketchup inside the burger ! And i was like, whaat? Dle na diay free ang ketchup karon? Hahahah!

I don't know why but it seems mcdonald's running low on ketchup . When you ask for it, the attendant gives 1 or 2 pcs. & is hesitant to give them. Heinz ketchup must be really expensive .

my friend asked for a glass of water... the crew asked if my friend already has a used glass (why would you ask that to a customer?) then my friend was given a glass filled with yellowish water! yuck!

I ordered and paid for two piece chicken via drive thru , but to my surprise when i arrived home, they gave me 1 piece chicken . Pay attention to orders next time. I did not get what i paid for. Bad.

Their rice smells like cockroaches! Yuck. And I asked an employee a plastic bag for my fries , she just nodded and didn't come back. Samoka! Worst service! Won't eat at this branch ever again.

WORST MCDO! Mac Donalds is known for its exemplary service . ordered a bigmac meal.they told me that they will serve my fries .30minutes later.no fries .went down.they forgot.they were not even busy.
