View from outside of the Picasso Restaurant in Tbilisi , which serves Chinese food . Haven't been here, but I would like to go sometime!

Amazing food, but very strange bill.

Decent taste but highly overpriced, there are far better Chinese restaurants in town for half the price. Could be cleaner too. 5/10
