Absolute must visit in Tallinn! Amazing collection of Estonian art and Soviet art . Should be number 2 in all tourist guides (after the old town )!
Above expectations. Not only modern art , also Estonian art for centuries, and its evolution. Amazing architecture . Average price. Good cafe .
Interesting collection in a modern building, definitely worth visiting. The spring 2016 exhibition on Estonian art during the communist period was fascinating. I recommend café too. Free wifi .
Amazing! From their classic era to during the Soviet era to contemporary . Such rich and complex history and influence. Highly recommend!!
High level (internationally) modern art exhibitions plus a comprehensive unboring overview of the best local bits. Fascinating building.
Very well curated exhibitions (on top of the permanent collection of Estonian art ). A fantastic building, a modern architectural marvel.
Emerging like a knife edge from the limestone cliff and with a vast circular interior, Estonia’s National Gallery and contemporary art centre opened in 2006... Read more
Probably the most famous and the biggest Estonian museum located in Kadriorg park in Tallinn. For the first time during its nearly 100-year-old history, the Art Museum of Estonia has a building th Read more
You'll find some useful tips for well-mannered visitors on the sliding doors when entering the exhibition halls... ;-)
Strong free wifi . The 3rd floor is the best among all. The 4th and 5th floors are scattered with little surprises from modern and creative young artists .
If nothing else come here for the architecture of the building. Absolutely stunning! Make sure to check out the backyard !
Plan out what you're going to see in advance, or reserve the whole day. This museum has a lot of galleries to get through!
The modern art museum . The architecture is really awesome and exhibitions very good quality!
Spacious building full of ART ! Check out www.kumu.ee for ongoing and coming soon exhibitions . Entry tickets are €6.
Excellent art museum , with some beautiful and vibrant pieces from the early 20th century onwards.
Excellent art museum with a stunning architecture . A must see.
A must while in Tallinn. They have lockers and wifi .
Great. You found the most biggest art museum in Estonia .
Very influental museum of art , architecture and history.
Lovely place, certainly worth a visit
Great museum ! The space is unbelievable!
Free phone calls to Estonian numbers with exhibit in the lobby! :-)
Very modern but cosy
MIND-BLOWING architecture ! Friendly staff but audio-guide is 3 hrs so..
Great art paintings in this museum
Great architecture !
looks like the one in helsinki - kiasma. But feels more boring. In a modern art museum there is too old art . Also from 19th century. Didn't feel like watching that when coming here.
But the temporary art exhibition was closed(((
Soviet era not
There is a cafe in it..To rest
Closed on Mondays / Esmaspäeviti suletud
KUMU auditorium has 245 seats. Come early on Wednesday's movie screenings (6 p.m) to get the seat - it could get crowded, as everybody like good quality & free entertainment ;) - Cristo
Good vegetarian burger, and vegan milk available for coffees. Just what we needed in a pinch, as it was the only place nearby open on Sundays. - Cohen Sorenson
The Russian art section had quite a few topical picks relating to Russian imperialism... I wonder if that's intentional? Either way, a well curated exhibition. - Cohen Sorenson
Very kind and attentive senior personnel - Alvar A
Interestingly curated exhibition, with thought provoking works. It would be well worth the price of admission, except it's free! Spend at the museum shop or café instead. - Cohen Sorenson
I love here. Beautiful in the summer, amazing in the winter. - Emel Bayraktar
Excellent breakfast. Fresh apple juice and avocado bread was delicious. You can also eat outside in the garden terrace. - Mona B
