Nicely located in the lively area of city , River Front. At the second floor of a building, with a great view at night (1st and 3rd floors are different venues). Drinks are fine with affordable prices ).

Good cocktails (mojito !) and when you go upstairs, you have a nice view on the Boulevard and Mekong River . In opposite of the famous FCC building where (war) journalists met in the past.

Sit on the 3rd floor and order a Phnom Penh sling . Better than FCC due to less crowded . happy hour starts at 4:30pm but not applicable to non-draft beer

phnom penh sling is delicious. afterwards have some fish amok for dinner - yummy. great river views , too!

Happy hour cocktails , salman (mussaman) curry as lovely as the amok

2nd story, directly across from FCC. has a rooftop 3rd story as well
