Glad 2 experience d resort w/ only few people. Pools were not crowded & resort staff were all ready 2 assist u. Sad part: d pool w/ d big slide was closed, it could hv added more fun during r stay.

Pls b warned of the Granton brochures its tricky! They won't allow u to use 2 free entrance, mind them 2 brochures Binili ko 500 each, sobra na sa entrance fee plang!

Php 300+ for daytime pass from 8AM to 5PM. Hourly wave pool . Jacuzzi and that long yellow fun slide are a big plus!

Wave pool ba?! Eto na yun.. I wish i have a surf board with me.. Talo ang wave ng balurrr!

Beware of the teethless wild youngsters playing dangerously in the water without respecting other people. And not even having a shower before entering the pool.

My family woke up very early just to find out their staff needs 1 hour and a half to process their reservation .

Beware of the dirty contaminated water in the jacuzzi and the waves pool . All my family got stomach cramps afterwards. Probably amoeba. Now in hospital waiting for the test results.

wifi is wonky at the 5th Floor Sampaguita Hall

Very slow and unprofessional staff , asking for strange requirements for birthday discounts . Their purpose is to discourage you from availing the promo. Acting as if you were their yaya.

There is no wifi in the Rosal Function Room located at the basement .

Good Service ! Always greeted by the staff w/ a smile. GOOD FOOD also.

Jacuzzi is not a real jacuzzi : water is barely warm and very dirty , bubbles come out only at the center. Oh, and there is only ONE for hundreds of people!

Avoid the brewed coffee ... it’s so acidic and with a yucky smell.

Enjoy their waves with matching dance numbers of their staffs ..

Try the wall climbing . Its challenging but its super FUN! :)
