Best shaomai I've tasted in Cebu City. I also like their pork steamed rice , sweet and sour pork , crab pincer, and stuffed shrimp .

You will appreciate this kind of dimsum once you move out of Cebu and realize you can't get it anywhere else (except maybe HK or mainland China). You won't see "steamed rice " anywhere else.
