They figured out to close the carts as you enter the store so you couldnt run out with stolen goods. Maybe its Vanier, maybe the people around there but not my first choice to go to.
Well it's 2018, and this store has got to be the worst in Ottawa. Never clean or organized , always a mess. Fruits and veggie section or the entrance nedds overhaul design. Lots of theft.
