Great pool for families! Water slides for older kids, zero depth pool for little kids, hot tub and lap pool for adults.
I enrolled my daughter in gymnastics (4-5 yr old) and expected instructors to help fix skills if they are not getting it but she just stands with her arms crossed watching them fail. Thanks!

Melanie is the BEST! The nicest lady ever and really knows her stuff. Her 5:30am basic training is great for beginners or advanced students.
Love this place, but I wish they had more than 1 squat rack and 2 bench press stations!

Very dirty womens changing room....no towels...no swimsuit spinner to remove excess water from swimsuits....won't be coming back here...its a dive!!!
