Gotta reserve a Tour in advance - and don't try to sneak past the chain gate, the woman manning the estate won't tolerate you "trampling" the garden (ie snapping a quick pic). Amazing nonetheless :)
Must be really weird living right next door. Do check out some of the gardens on the nearby homes though.
