The only window is in the bedroom. Very old. Cross your fingers that nobody is above you because everything creaks!!!

Looking for food in your condo ? Don't order from the resort - our friends spent $50 on two pizzas and wings, frozen pizzas they placed in pizza boxes to pass off as homemade . Embarrassed

The resort was just taken over by Holiday Inn Vacations. Services have gotten a lot better but, the bar is only opened on weekend.

The Berkshires are my happy place, and I've enjoyed my stays here. Oak n Spruce is being remodeled now that it has become a Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort , and the amenities are better than ever :)

Showed up to a room with mouse poop on floor; mystery stains on carpet, bed And curtains; crumbs on table, and dust everywhere. Staff seemed neither surprised or like they could care less. Go for b&b

Great family activity place, neat clean units and friendly staff . The berkshires brought to you best here.

Great place for a weekend getaway

There was a crack in the wall letting in bugs ants and earwigs crawling all over the condo stains in the shower and the service isnt very reliable.

Fantastic resort for the family. Great units!
